programs for American-Japanese exchanges. Our members are persons who (a) have a serious interest in ongoing intercultural exchange between Japan and the U.S.; (b) wish to be involved in homestay activity, both as a host and guest; (c) want to maintain active communication with other members and program participants; and (d) wish to participate in and support special exchange programs that grow out of developing member interests.

- An opportunity to suggest areas for Society activities and to lead in the establishment of groups sharing your interests
- Announcements about opportunities to serve as a homestay host
- The Society's newsletter, exchanges, published three times a year
